Domostroene DK JSC was founded in 1997 in Bourgas (an industrial center on the Black Sea coast).

It is currently one of the largest producers of high-quality concrete (suitable for usage in aggressive sea environment), steel elements and concrete mixes for the construction industry in Bulgaria. Its assets are аre conveniently located on the seashore and in direct proximity to the Port of Burgas – the second largest marine transportation hub in Bulgaria.

The property is in the coastal area quite near the Center of Burgas and the Lake of Burgas with total plot area of 186 000 sq. m with 600 m positioned directly on the seacoast

According to the General Plan of Burgas, the area is suitable for multipurpose real estate development, comprising of housing, offices, commercial use, and a marina.

The project allows a unique development of the most luxurious Marina connected with residential and entertainment complex on the Black Sea with a total built-up area of more than 400 000 sq.m.
